Shipping, packaging and purchase policies
Every original artwork is carefully packaged by hand so it arrives in pristine condition. Below are the delivery terms, payment model and return guidelines under the laws of the Republic of Serbia.
1. Domestic delivery and payment model
All original watercolor artworks are dispatched across Serbia via the Post Express courier service (JP Pošta Srbije). Orders are delivered to the buyer's home address within 2 to 4 business days after order confirmation by email.
Payment is cash on delivery in Serbian dinars (RSD) to the postal courier upon package handover. Delivery fees follow the official Post Express weight schedule and are covered by the buyer.
2. Archival packaging and 24-hour courier damage protocol
Unframed artworks are sealed in acid-free glassine paper, sandwiched between rigid 2.5 mm greyboard panels, and wrapped in waterproof kraft layers. Framed pieces are fitted with corner guards and packed in multi-layer corrugated boxes to protect against impact and moisture.
Protocol for transit damage: please inspect the outer box upon delivery. In the rare event of visible outer damage, compile an official damage record with the courier and notify the studio within 24 hours through the contact form with attached photos.
3. Statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for catalog originals
Under the Serbian Consumer Protection Law, the buyer has the statutory right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the package without stating reasons.
The artwork must be returned in its original, pristine condition in identical protective packaging. Return shipping costs are covered by the buyer.
4. Custom commissioned paintings (Article 36 exemption)
In accordance with Article 36, Paragraph 1, Point 3 of the Serbian Consumer Protection Law, the statutory right of withdrawal is expressly excluded for goods crafted to custom specifications or clearly personalized (custom commissioned watercolors created according to client motifs, dimensions or color palettes).
For custom commissions, photographic previews from the studio are shared for client approval prior to final signing and dispatch.
