The data controller responsible for the processing of personal data on this website is Frekvencija Duše, Belgrade, Republic of Serbia. Data requests can be sent through the contact form.
2. Purpose and legal basis of processing
Only the minimal personal data necessary to answer an inquiry and fulfil a purchase or commission is collected: your full name, email address and, where needed, phone number and delivery city. The legal basis is the performance of a purchase contract or a pre-contractual inquiry initiated by the buyer (Article 12, Paragraph 1, Point 2 of ZZPL RS).
3. Where the data is kept
Inquiries sent through the site forms are stored as private notes in the studio's order tracking tool, accessible only to the studio. Data is never sold, traded or shared with third parties for advertising and is not used beyond replying and delivering. Data is shared strictly with the Post Express courier service solely for the physical delivery of packages to your address.
